How to rent from us:

1) Request a length of stay using the “Contact Us” link.
2) Provided that the days requested are available, we will send you the rental contract (electronically, if possible, or through the mail).
3) You will return the signed contract, along with a check for the first half of the total rental fee. We will sign the signature page, and notify you by e-mail of the completion of the reservation process by sending you a scanned copy of the signature page.
4) The balance of the rent, plus the security deposit, is due 45 days prior to your arrival. Once we receive this final payment, we will send you an information page with the codes for the lockbox near the front door, along with the security gate code to gain entry to the neighborhood.
5) After your stay, our cleaning crew will conduct an inspection of the property to ensure that no damage was done during your stay, and that the key has been returned to the lockbox. Provided that there was no damage to the property, a full refund of your security deposit will be made within 5 days.
